The search option will display the profile of the person you are looking for; now click on the profile link to visit their main profile.
In order to unfollow someone from their Facebook, you need to click on the unfollow button that appears inside the “friends” option (as shown in the image above).
If you would like to unfollow a friend on the Facebook app from an Android or an IOS device, simply open the app and click on the search icon.

In order to unfollow lots of people at the same time, you should first log into your Facebook account and then click on the “Friends” tab under your profile section. You will find a list of all your friends here.
In order to remove anyone from your following list, you will need to click on the three dots that appear after each of the names of the people you’re following (shown in the image below).
By following this method, you will be able to not only unfollow people in large numbers at once but also get rid of those annoying posts and videos that keep showing up in your newsfeed.
